• How can I buy on the MLV website?

    Buying on the MLV website is quite simple:

    1. Choose your market in the upper left corner, for example, if you are in Portugal you should see the Portuguese market;
    2. Add to the Cart all the items you wish to buy;
    3. If you liked an item but don't wish to buy it just now, you can add it to your wishlist;
    4. After having your cart complete with all the chosen products, you must select Continue;
    5. Submit all shipping and billing data;
    6. You must choose the payment method and select Pay Safely;
    7. Your purchase is now complete.

  • Do I need to register or create an account on the site in order to buy?

    You don’t need to create an account to purchase on this online store.
    However, if you create an account you’ll be able to access special conditions and promotions that otherwise won't be available to you.

  • The article I want is out of stock. Can I receive a notification once it becomes available again?

    Yes, it is possible to be notified.
    On the product page, click on the button with the envelope symbol, enter your email and you will receive a notification if the item becomes available again.

  • Is it possible to reserve an item?

    In order to maintain stocks the most updated as possible for all users, we cannot hold it for you.
    It is best to ensure that you buy the product you want, before it runs out.
    Please note, that items are not automatically reserved if added to the Wishlist or Cart.


  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

    The shipping costs will not be refunded if the item is returned.

  • How long does it take to receive my order after the purchase is made?

    Your order will arrive at its destination in an estimated period of 2-4 working days.
    Exception for Portugal (Islands), where your order will arrive in approximately 5-7 working days.
    Please note that orders with payment placed after 12:00 (Portugal time) will only be dispatched the next business day.
    Orders placed during festive periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, may take longer to be delivered due to the large influx and large number of orders.


  • Where do the orders ship from?

    All shipping orders are sent from the MLV headquarters warehouse in Portugal.

  • I purchased a MLV article on the website. Can I pick up the article at a store that has the brand?

    As the stores do not belong to MLV Portuguese Shoes® it is not possible to choose one as the pickup point.
    No worries though, you order will conveniently reach you at the address you provided.
  • How can I find out the status and/or location of my order?

    Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking link from the carrier for you to track exactly where your order is.
  • The delivery time has passed and my order has not yet arrived. What should I do?

    We are very sorry if you haven’t received your package in the estimated delivery time.
    Please be aware than orders placed during holidays or special seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday or others, can take longer to be delivered.
    However, you may always contact our customer service team in order to help you.
  • Is it possible to change the delivery address after the purchase is placed?

    If you wish to change the destination address of your delivery, please access the tracking link provided with your order, and select one of the alternative delivery options provided by the carrier.
