• I am not satisfied with the purchase, can I return it?

    We hope that you will always be satisfied with your order. However, if you are not satisfied, we always safeguard the interests of our customers and therefore allow a 30 day return policy without justification.
    Please note that all returns are subject to evaluation by our quality control team. We will accept the return of your order within the defined period, as long as it is in perfect condition, inside its original box, and without evident signs of use, in order to receive your refund.

  • I'm not satisfied with the article I bought. Can I exchange it for another item?

    Portugal Continental: Yes, you can change the size and/or colour of the item you have purchased.
    Other Countries: Currently, it is not possible to exchange your purchase, you may return it and place a new order.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping on a return?

    Mainland Portugal : Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by MLV, in the case of the first exchange the postage is free.
           There are two available options:
          » Collection of your return will be organised by our team at a cost of 4,90€. You will receive an email informing you of the day of collection.
          » The customer sends their return by post and at their expense.
    Spain : Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by MLV, in the case of the first exchange the postage is free.
           There are two available options:
          » Collection of your return will be organised by our team at a cost of 6,90€. You will receive an email informing you of the day of collection.
          » The customer sends their return by post and at their expense.
    Portugal Islands and Other Countries: At the moment, we do not offer free returns. Shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by MLV Shoes.
  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    After validating the compliance of your return, your refund will be made in the same payment method, within 10 working days.

  • How can I return an order?

    After requesting a return in your customer area, you must: 

    a. Place the products you wish to return in their original boxes and place inside the MLV shipping box;
    b. Continental Portugal: Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by MLV, in the case of the first exchange the postage is free.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

    We hope that you don’t wish to cancel your order. However, if you wish, you can cancel it by getting in contact with our Customer Service team, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped already.
    If we confirm that your order has already been shipped, it won’t be possible to cancel it at this point. In this case, please contact our support team and we will find the best and easiest solution for your issue.
