To measure the length of your foot, follow these steps:

• Take off your shoes and place your foot on the sheet of paper with the heel against the wall.
• With a pen, draw a line where the tip of the foot ends.
• With a ruler, measure the distance between the edge of the sheet of paper and the mark, this is the length of your foot.
• As you may have different size feet, repeat this measurement procedure with the other foot.
